It’s been a while since we talked about Eisenberg on this website. I have fallen for this luxurious brand a few years ago when I was gifted some of their products to try. I absolutely loved the first wrinkle cream and one day I will re-purchase (when a big promotion comes in one day lol).

For a while, I wanted to try another perfume from Eisenberg and this time I went for an iconic perfume called J’ose. There are two versions of this perfume – for him and for her. I went for the one made for her. Both versions come in a square glass bottle which I think is just ideal. Simple and pretty. It is available in three different sizes: 30mL, 50mL  and 100mL. I got the smallest one, ideal for travelling.

I must say this perfume is nothing that I expected. J’ose is a spicy and aromatic perfume. Although it is labelled as for her, I would personally class this perfume as unisex or even as for him. At first, I thought I accidentally ordered a men’s version of J’ose.

Top Notes: Bergamot, Lemon, Mint, Jasmine

Middle Notes: Lavender, Wormwood, Coffee

Base Notes: Tonka Beans, Vanilla, Amber, Musk, Sandalwood, Patchouli, Moss

The perfume is lovely tho and even tho I would not pick it for myself, it serves very well as a guy’s fragrance. My boyfriend likes it and decided to wear it instead of me. As a man’s scent, I would consider it light and fresh which is something he likes.

As I said, this is not a perfume for me personally as I prefer more feminine scents. If you are into spicey niche fragrances, chances are you will like this perfume. If you are like me and like classy and feminine fragrances, try Back to Paris, also from Eisenberg. To this day it is one of my absolute favourites (just after Burberry London).
